NISEKO Restaurants and Bars

Niseko Hirafu offers a wide variety of Japanese cuisine. From sushi and sashimi to Izakaya, yakitori, okonomiyaki, curry and ramen noodles. You'll taste some amazing seafood! Pizza/pasta, French, Mexican and Italian restaurants are also within walking distance.

Hirafu also has bakeries for the those with the sweet tooth and there are plenty of funky bars and nightspots to enjoy a beer or sake after the day's skiing. There are plenty of great local beers to choose from including: Sapporo Draught, Asahi and Kirin. 

While you're in Japan you might be tempted to try some sake also. Sake is a traditional Japanese drink which can be served clear and cold or milky and warm (2 different varieties). The Japanese love a party so there is always plenty happening around the bars at night.
