Powder Haven Townhouse

Powder haven is a brand-new luxury, 2 bedroom, 2 en-suite townhouse designed by the prominent architects of Ridgrunner Architectural Designs. The stylish fit-out by renowned designer Mariko Hayashi combines the comfort of Western luxury with chic Japanese aesthetics. The generous bedrooms have Western-style beds, queen or twin in each room, each with large built-in robes. The townhouse has it's own lockable ski storage and drying room fully equipped with ski/board vice, waxing iron, washing machine and dryer.

Powder Haven is located in a quiet tree-lined street in Middle Hirafu, a 1 minute walk to the free village bus and Yukoro onsen (Japanese hot springs), and a short stroll to all the restaurants, bars and supermarket. The village shuttle buses run every 10-15 minutes around the village and up to the Kogen gondola. The townhouse is a spacious 106m2 with parking space, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, convection/microwave oven, luxury en-suites, hairdryers, leather loungesuite, TV, DVD, CD/stereo (with MP3 connectibility), English SKY sattelite TV (with movie channel), free high speed wireless broadband connection and telephone (for local calls only). The townhouse is a full, concrete construction which provides excellent heat and sound insulation. All windows are double insulated and the building is South facing ensuring maximum natural winter sun lights up the entire townhouse. The townhouse is a private residence which is cleaned before and after your stay but there is no cleaning during your stay. Two fresh towels will be provided for each guest which can be cleaned and dried in the townhouses laundry. Fresh bed linen will be changed weekly for long-term stays.

Hydronic central heating features throughout the townhouse with each room having individual controls. Each en-suite has it's own heated towel rack. An iron and ironing board are provided. The townhouse has views of both Mt Yotei and the ski mountain.
